(including single century formulas, multi-century formulas and leap years) in a manner that will: (a) not abnormally end or provide invalid results, (b) not adversely affect the performance of the product, and (c) properly interface with other hardware and software. James A. Buccigrossi shall promptly correct or replace any product that is in breach of this warranty at no cost to Buyer. This warranty does not cover any other losses that may be incurred. This warranty shall not apply if the platform upon which the product is being used does not support year 2000 dates. This includes a PC's Operating System and BIOS, which must be Year 2000 compliant for the product to function properly in the year 2000 and beyond. This warranty does NOT apply to: (a) Previous versions of the product. (b) Unregistered (shareware) versions of the product. |
